Girl Gourmet Cupcake Maker January 4, 2009 Portie (Scotland) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Absolutely rubbish - a total RIP OFF - not only does it make god awful cupcakes which do not resemble the pictures - I read on the container that the ingredients are made from genetically modified ingredients- which explains their awful taste - I would not feed this to anything living. DO NOT FEED YOUR CHILDREN THE CUPCAKES. I would like to know how I get my money back - I can only praise the makers for pushing the advertising campaign from the tele onto our children in making us part with our much needed cash. This product would have cost pence to make.

Absolute RUBBISH January 1, 2009 Annoyed Mum 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
What a pile of rubbish. My 7 year old was excited to receive this for Christmas. It held her attention for 2 minutes. It is not a cupcake maker, it is an icing machine. The mixes were gross and they did not cook in the 30 seconds promised in the instructions. It also took a good 20 minutes to clean. You'd be better off buying a cake mix from Tesco and an icing kit - that's what I've done. A complete rip off and I'm that angry at being ripped off that I've emailed a complaint to the makers of this dreadful thing.
WARNING!! WARNING!! Do not be conned by this product!!!!! December 31, 2008 G. Williamson (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
All this contraption actually does is half heartly squirt the icing onto the grotesque looking excuse for a cake. The actual cake mixture is just mixed in the bowl and shoved into the microwave, I might add also that whilst the "cake" is "cooking" the smell is hidious and smelt like a dead rodent. To top it all off it only makes four tincy cakes, come to think of it this is a bonus as they are totally foul. The whole thing is a let down, its a bit like thinking you're going to be served prime fillet steak for dinner and getting macdonalds instead. RUBBISH! RUBBISH! RUBBISH!
Biggest dissapointment from a toy EVER December 28, 2008 Sarah Boyle 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a cheaply made plastic toy, which fails to deliver on all levels. Do not buy this toy. The cakes are revolting. The icer just spins and blobs. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. It was the only present my daughter wanted for Christmas and whilst we did have a giggle whilst it spoldged its icing out that really was the only enjoyment. She couldn't even enjoy the cake afterwards as it tastes revolting.
